Thursday, August 4, 2005 BY LEANNE SMITH News Staff Reporter They could have planned a golf outing or a lot of other events, but organizers of this summer's Holy Spirit Catholic Church School fundraiser decided to be a bit more splashy. Their 15-mile Helluva Cruise coming up Saturday night will revive a much-loved local event and take classic car buffs from the heavenly confines of the church grounds in Green Oak Township to the center of Hell. "We've got a lot of things planned to make this a very special cruise,'' said event chairman Todd Borek of Hamburg Township. "We wanted to do something unique that would bring all kinds of people to our parish.''
